By visiting, browsing, shopping, accessing or otherwise using this web site, operated by NascarsRUs, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
SHIPPING
Customer is responsible for all costs of all shipping charges, shipping returns, cancellations or exchanges. Shipping charges are based on actual weight or destination. Please e-mail at NascarsRUs.com or phone us at our Toll free # 1 877 203-0156 to verify which rule applies to your order. Carrier used UPS. PLEASE NOTE: ON SOME LARGER ITEMS ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL INCUR HIGHER THAN THE TABLE RATE, DUE TO OVERSIZED PACKAGING. Any additional taxes, duties and or fees associated with domestic or foreign orders INCLUDING CANADA) are the financial responsibility of the customer. Please Note: Once order has been placed with NascarsRUs, due to manufacturer inventory, some orders if not in stock may take a minimum of anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. In stock products that have been placed with NascarsRUs will be shipped between 1 to 2 days.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Customer please go to tracking information in order to track shipment from UPS in couple of days after order has been placed.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all cancelled or returned orders per SKU numbers. Please e-mail us at NascarsRUs.com or phone us 1 877 203-0156 to verify which items this rule applies to. On JH Design Jackets only, company will waive the restocking fee for exchange of the same product type (i.e leather jacket for similar leather jacket). The restocking fee on Jackets does apply when exchanging from an Adult jacket to a Youth jacket. This fee will not apply to orders returned due to damage.
TIME LIMIT
Any cancellations, returns or exchanges on JH Design jackets only, have to be within 30 days from original customer receipt date per UPS.
RETURNS
Please be advised that on certain item SKU numbers listed: MONEY BACK GUARANTEED FOR 7 DAYS! On other item SKU numbers, please verify,by e-mail or phone, which rule this applies to, there is a 14 day money back guarantee on products against defects, wrong product or damages. PLEASE NOTE: There is no exchange for size change on any clothing items.
RMA #S
All items must be returned in the original packaging. All returns listed as such must be approved by contacting a NascarsRUs representative for a return authorization number. Your return authorization number must be written legibly on a side panel of your returned box.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
NascarsRUs will not be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged once UPS has confimed receipt of shipment. Should something happen in transit, the customer is responsible to contact the carrier and complete the necessary paperwork and claims form.
CONDITIONS
All returned JH Design Jackets must be shipped back with all tags and extra buttons attached. Jackets, merchandise and any other apparel returned with stains, tear, smoke smell / damage or any other damage occuried will not be accepted, refunded or exchanged.
CUSTOM JH DESIGN JACKETS
Specific custom jackets and limited edition jackets that are made to order by the customers request, the customer is responsible to provide specific measurements if they would like to have them used in the production of their custom jacket. Our manufacturer proudly stands behind each and every custom jacket. Please allow four to six weeks for custom jacket orders to be manufactured, then shipped to you. If there is any changes in this shipping timeline, we will communicate these changes to our customer.
CANCELLATIONS
There are no cancellations, returns or exchanges on custom jackets. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS FOR JACKETS THAT ARE NOT 100% READY TO PURCHASE.
CLEANING
The Manufacturer of JH Design Jackets highly suggests that their Jackets never be washed or worn in the rain, snow, ets. Jackets must be dry cleaned only using PETROLEUM SOLVENT and never using PERCHLORETHYLENE. DRY CLEAN ONLY!
PRE-ORDER
ALL pre-orders must be quaranteed with a valid credit card. The credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped. The privilege of pre-ordering product allows you to reserve product that is highly desired or in limited quantities. This privilege can be denied due to cancellations, refusals, and non-payment. In order to be fair to all customers, please be sure that you really want an item before you order. On pre-ordered merchandise also, there will be a 15 % restocking fee charge for all cancellations.
FRAUDULENT ORDERS
NascarsRUs will process orders requested by the cardholder only. We reserve the right to refuse to process any and all orders that we feel may have been placed fraudently. All fraudulent orders will be turned over to the appropriate authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
SALES TAX
Indiana residents sales tax will be added to sales.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. Please provide the correct billing address for your credit card, the correct card number and expiration date to ensure there is no delay in your order. WE DONOT EXCEPT MONEY ORDERS OR PERSONAL CHECKS.
